I'm one of those people who has more things to do than I have time for. I am kept busy with 4 young kids and feeding me. In June 2013, I found out that I am dairy and soy intolerant (nausea). Add that to nuts (especially peanuts) intolerant, nitrates (which give me migraines), and now trying Gluten-free in hopes they are all inflammation related. Finding food, especially protein, is rather difficult on a budget. I am always online finding new recipes and substituting this or that (beans, food storage, Gluten-Free, lower fat). Through the past year I have discovered that it can be done, and you don't have to buy in to the $ commercial substitutes.
